Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding. We are delighted you are considering holding your big day with us.

Our aim is to help you create those special memories & ensure your wedding day is just perfect.

We are on hand throughout the planning stages to help suggest as much or as little as you wish. Our Executive Chef Mick Navarro has devised menus that are both popular and elegant with locally sourced produce wherever possible.

Included is a set package for 50 guests. Most of our weddings are bespoke as every couple is different, so we will work with you to create the perfect day.
Nothing is too much trouble and we look forward to working with you both.

Starters

Smooth chicken liver pate served with onion jam & toasted sour dough bread.

Warm crispy duck salad in a plum & hoisin sauce dressing

Sliced chargrilled aubergine layered with mozzarella finished with a balsamic glaze & crispy aubergine skin.(VG)

Main Course

Lamb rump accompanied by dauphinoise potatoes, greens & a rich Madera sauce.

Cod fillet on a bed of sauteed new potatoes with mussels in a butter cream sauce topped with samphire.

Aubergine steak in a miso & plum sauce glaze, giant couscous & an Asian salad (VG)(N)

Chicken Supreme served in a Dijon mustard & tarragon mushroom sauce served with fondant potato & broccoli

Desserts

Crème Brulee(V) A rich custard base topped with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar, accompanied by a shortbread biscuit.
